COMPANY

We are a family story, that talks about the future.

Cantina Danese today is the result of many years of experience in the world of wine, it is a family story that has passed down knowledge and intuitions generation after generation. Since 1950, with Mario Danese, we began to learn about wine, with an approach linked to research in the selection of wines throughout Italy. Tasting after tasting we have traced a new path linked to quality, knowledge and technology. A path always oriented towards the best, which today has led us to us to a perfect balance: Our wines have a courage of innovation and at the same time the solidity of a family.

Luca Danese

“I believe in a high quality wine, without defects, extremely democratic and within everyone's reach”

Luca Danese inherits the experience in the world of wine from his family and decided to grow in this sector by studying oenology at San Michele all'Adige (Trento). He arrived in the family cellar in the nineties and immediately began to work in the wine-making department. He also gained outside experience in other companies, but in 2001 he took over the management of Cantina Danese: he trained in the analysis laboratory while creating a strategy to take the company abroad. He truly believes in innovation, invests in certifications, and creates company lines. Today he is supported in the company by his son Riccardo Danese.

Riccardo Danese

“My goal is to make the family business become a productive excellence, without ever losing the warmth and humanity of a family”

Riccardo Danese, born in 2001, follows in the winemaking footsteps of his family and studied oenology in Conegliano (Treviso) before specializing in San Michele all'Adige as a wine technician. He gained various experience in companies throughout northern Italy which allowed him to enrich his knowledge in the world of wine. Today he supports his father in managing the company with a vision aimed at continuous improvement.
