The 'CHISEL DISC' cultivator is the ideal machine for stubble cultivation and seedbed preparation: it allows the incorporation and mixing of crop residues while operating at high speed. The 'CHISEL DISC' consists of a sturdy structural steel frame with square section tines, acting as a 'spring' and guide for the discs that penetrate the soil, breaking and mixing the surface layer. The discs are connected to the tine by a special sealed hub with a pair of high-resistance bearings in an oil bath. To adjust the working depth and achieve soil refinement, various roller or discs can be attached to the rear of the frame to meet the needs of different surfaces. A unique feature of the 'CHISEL DISC' is the tempered steel elastic support (patent pending VR2006A000002), which guarantees a longer lifespan for the tines and better control of the entire element.
